TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit.
2) Rates are for per person twin sharing basis unless stated.
3) All packages are ex Kuala Besut unless stated.
4) Child rate (between 4 to 12 years) will be 50% of adult rate sharing room on
twin share basis
5) Package rate excludes Marine Park Conservation fees of RM 5.00.
6) Boat transfer is subject to weather conditions and the operator shall not be
liable for compensation for any delay due to the weather or any unforeseen
circumstances.
7) The rates are subject to acceptance to our terms and conditions.
8) We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if no payment is made within
the given deadline.
9) No booking is confirmed without full payment.
10) Deposit of 50% must be made upon booking.
11) For Free & easy super saver budget student package, full
payment must be made upon booking.
12) Full payment must be made at least 14 days before check in date.
13) Payment must be made to Tropicana Travel & Tours.
